It's a Good Day, It's a Good Day ay ay ay ay ay!

Hi my people. How are you?
I'm sitting here in our FLASH AS new library. I feel like royalty. These computers are so classy. You can still smell that new-building smell. ANYWAY....
Guess what???
Our investigators Robert and Kathy CAME TO CHURCH yesterday!!!!!! Oh, it was wonderful. Kathy was initially just going to drop him off, but she came in and STAYED!! Robert had a stroke a few months ago and we've been visiting him for a few months. We've taught him about the Restoration, the Plan of Salvation, the Book of Mormon, temples, shown Mormon Messages, etc. etc. and he always says that he already believes the same thing as we do. He likes to look at the similarities and only focus on those to make it seem like there is no reason to change. But when he came to church today, he was noticing all the differences! ;)  "You guys have cushion seats!" "People really genuinely love each other here." "That music was lovely."
We are going to see them tonight to talk about what they felt. :) It was a good day.
While tracting this week, we knocked on a door and a young mum came to the door. She said, "You're the second visitors we've had today!" I said, "Oh! Who were the first?" And she said, "The Jehovah Witnesses came by this morning." #awkward  The second time's the charm. She wasn't interested but it was funny anyway.
We are helping some members in our ward go to the temple. Tithing is the key. They have been bringing it on Sunday and it's so exciting! I love paying my tithing. Who wouldn't want the windows of Heaven to be opened and blessings poured out on you???

Some funny quotes from this week:
Sarah (grandma): "I know everything."
Shanaya (granddaughter): "You don't know everything!"
Sarah: "Yes I do."
Shanaya: "Do you know how to spell one hundred?!"
Sarah: "No."
Shanaya: "Do you know how to spell one thousand?!"
Sarah: "No."
Shanaya: "See! I told you!"
Bahahaha!!  Sarah was laughing so hard. #grandmalife
Ineke (our 92 year old friend): "I went to the club yesterday."
Me: "What?! You went to the club??"
Ineke: "Yes, we made these little fur balls out of yarn, go get it. It's in my room."
Bahaha!! I was thinking of the wrong kind of club....
Sister Johnson shared this scripture with me this week: Doctrine and Covenants 100:12 "Therefore, continue on your journey and let your hearts rejoice; for behold, and lo, I am with you even unto the end."
Have a really good day.
Love,
Sister Beardall

I told her to smile. We'll practice that word in language study... ;)
