Nobody Can Drag Me Down

So this week, nobody could stay on their feet...but me. I could. Nobody can drag me down. Especially with the Lord on my side.
So we were leaving our interviews with President Fife and Sister Grace decided to follow the example of Sister Eagar and ride her bike down the steep stairs outside. Sister Eagar cleared them....Sister Grace is another story. She was going down and the back wheel came up and she flipped/tipped over. Hahahahaha! I laugh every time I think about it. I could not stop laughing!!!! There were tears flowing from my eyes! It was the funniest thing I've ever seen!! I'm laughing right now thinking about it.
Then another day, Sister Wiest (Sis. Grace's comp.) was walking down a curb and totally fell. Again. Tears of laughter.
Then during companion study one morning, we prayed and Sis. Eagar went to stand up and go to her chair and she literally just hit my foot and collapsed to the floor! Hahahahaha! Again. More tears.
I just can't control myself when people fall. I feel bad, but not really. So funny.

This week I:
-Made a gourmet salad
-ordered $15 Chinese food and ate 1/2 of it. The beef was practically mush... worst decision of my life. Well, it's up there.
-got more bike pedal scrapes on my legs
-bought Christmas lights
-bike 20 km in one day (do the math...)
-heard and saw a Kookaburra (so cool!)
-bought a scale, ate green beans for lunch...
-watched Martha gut whole fish for a party...almost spewed

Thank you in advance for sending me your Christmas Cards!! I've already been getting some! There is nothing, NOTHING, like being handed a physical letter from your Zone or District leader!!! I LOVE MAIL!!

Martha's baptism is this SATURDAY!!!!! I can't believe this is happening!! I am so excited. She is an amazing woman. All of you are invited. Just bring a treat to share... ;) haha. I wish you all could be there!!

With the Christmas Initiative, A Savior Is Born, we have been able to watch the video a lot. The phrase that sticks out to me the most when I think of the video is the boy that says, "from our sins, from our sadness." The Savior does save us from our sins. From our sadness. I can live and I want to live all because of Jesus Christ and the hope and happiness He brings to my life. I love Jesus Christ. The Savior was born for each of us. It's important to discover why. I have discovered why He was born and why He died for me. I could not and would not be the person I am today with out His Atonement. Our Savior and Heavenly Father love us SO. MUCH. I can feel that love. I feel it for our investigators. I feel it for my family. I feel it for you. I feel it for me. I LOVE YOU. But more importantly Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father LOVE YOU!
"He is the LIGHT and the LIFE of the world; yea, a light that is endless, that can never be darkened; yea, and also a life which is endless, that there can be no more death." Mosiah 16: 9

Love,
Sister Beardall
