Trust Me

Hi everybody!
Sorry, last week I couldn't send more pics of my companion. Every picture took 3 minutes to upload and we had to go!!!
Belinda is doing good. We love helping her and teaching her. Ahh! 50 secs remaining.
Um, so belinda might get baptized this week cross your fingers!! I love you and and I hope you have a great week!!! Read your scriptures adn say your prayers!

Hi I'm back! Sorry 'bout that. On the Firefox start page it says, "Happy National Relaxation Day!" You know, funny enough, pdays seem to be the most stressful... but I love it cause I get to email YOU!!!
Anyway, I just wanted to share some things from our Zone Conference that might uplift/teach/help/inspire you; because they inspired me.

Speaking of setting and reaching goals, "Heavenly Father tells me to eat the elephant, but I do it one bite at a time." -Sister Fife (bahahahaha)

Speaking of Adam and Eve and the Fall: We will have both joy and sorrow by having children. But the joys will outweigh the sorrows.

The Holy Ghost will always warn you before giving into temptation. Recognize the warning signals. President Fife went to a mission presidents seminar before coming here to Perth and they were giving some booklets out to the missionaries who would be receiving iPads on their mission. The booklet is called Safeguards for Using Technology. President Fife knew we wouldn't be getting iPads here in Perth, but he raised his hand and basically said, "Even though my missionaries won't be getting iPads on their missions, I find it very important for them to still be aware and knowledgeable about the proper use of technology to protect them for the future, when they get off their missions." So our entire mission got the booklets! Booyaaahhh! ;) TBH I'm grateful to not have iPads as crazy as that might sound coming out of my mouth. It's been nice not having a screen in front of my face all the time!
If you can find that manual, read it! We need to be very very careful about how we use technology!!!

Speaking of anything hard we go through, "It is hard. It takes time! None of us are anywhere close to being done." The hard times are okay. In fact they're critical.

To repent there needs to be humility and there needs to be hope in Christ and His atonement.

We can't partially repent and be partially forgiven. It's all or nothing.

I read a scripture this morning that hit me. I'll share it with you: "And they did pray for that which they most desired; and they desired that the Holy Ghost should be given unto them." 3 Nephi 19:9
This is something that I desire the most too. And at times when I don't I should. The Holy Ghost is an AMAZING gift that, if we have been baptized and confirmed a member, we have been given. This should be the thing we most desire. Do we?
The Holy Ghost leads us, comforts us, teaches us, brings us peace, hope, happiness. He sanctifies us from our sins. When we have the Holy Ghost as our companion, we will know we will not be led astray. We will not fall. We will not be destroyed by the fiery darts of the devil.

I love you all! You can write me if you want.... Okay thanks, bye.
Love,
Sister Beardall

Belinda got a new home, and she loves this wallpaper. Terrible lighting but it's okay. The wallpaper is all that matters. And Belinda.

We are surrounded by all these nice homes and then there's ours
